- Members cannot share their MHP GOLD account
- Members cannot ask us to send tickets to family or friends
- Members can purchase non-members tickets
- When a member cancels, the membership ends on the day of cancellation
- Once membership is cancelled, you cannot renew for 6 months
- Members can cancel by email or text message
- Ticket must exceed $90 in value on competitor site on price match
- Screenshot must be provided when requesting a price match
- Competitor price and name must be disclosed during a price match
- Individual Ticket price may not exceed $5,000
- Ticket discount may not exceed $500
- Platinum Membership Required for sales above $10,000
- Individual VIP Tickets usually discounted at 10%
- Full Suites usually discounted at 5%
- Full Suite discounts may not exceed $500
